Searching for the Holy Grail

I have decided to resurrect another project from the backburner of history.
Originally planned to be Yet Another City Based Mod, I have determined that this one will work better on a random map.
There are 9 factions but I'll need a little help

FACTIONS:
Freakazoids - The mutated relics of once happy people like you or me. Sure they're ugly but remember, mutants are people too - well sort of... Any resemblance to WH40K Orks is entirely intentional.
Amazons - They blame men for the apocalypse and they're mad. Any resemblance to She Wolves of the Wasteland (Google it) is purely intentional.
Puritans - John Lennon once sang "Imagine there's no countries..and no religions too...lah, lah, lah, blah". That's actually quite easy in a post-apocalyptic mod where there are literally *no countries* but there are still religions! These guys are your stereotypical religious fundamentalists "tidying" up the world for Judgement Day.
Raiders - These guys are your stereotypical, post-apocalyptic gang. Any resemblance to the bad guys in any Mad Max movie is entirely intentional.
Townsfolk - Dedicated to restoring order and progress in the Wasteland, as well as old world values such as democracy, liberty and the rule of law. Any resemblance to the good guys in any Mad Max movie is entirely intentional.
Ghouls - Decrepit, rotting, zombie-like mutants, victims of heavy radiation poisoning. Like Freakazoids, ghouls are humans too but I say shoot 'em in the head. These are a direct rip off of the Ghouls in Fallout.
Radratz - Intelligent, bipedal rat like creatures. Just one of the countless mutated creatures that have rapidly evolved to exploit the post apocalyptic world. Hmm could this be the one original idea in this mod?? I'll need to google this one for possible tropes.
Machines - Some blame a machine for the apocalypse - an artificially intelligent system which became self-aware and revolted against its creators. Any resemblance to SkyNet is entirely intentional.
Tribals - Humans that have shrugged off many modern ways of living, and returned to a simpler hunter-gatherer mentality.
