I've been looking at the FLC and I noticed the odd palette. Why are there so few colors used ? Actually, except transparency colors (225-256), all colors are arranged in the changing civ-colored lines (1-64). 65-224 are pure black. It's amazing how many details can be shown with so few colors but there are also some visible color dithering (easily seen in the shield). I see it's already been mentioned, so I'll just give you a link to the method I use. It's both quick and easy.
I usually use more than 160 colors but that's it. Also, you'll want to change only the 65-224 colors (it might be 32-191; some software display the index differently), as it's easier to not mess with civ-colors and transparency.
The composition of the unit (props, textures) is excellent.
Hey, Vladi! Welcome to CFC!
You can check a Download Database (see an item "CivFanatics Downloads Database" on the C3C forum main page) - I don't remember whether there's an Iberian LH exactly, but, probably, you'll find useful staff anyway.
Welcome!
