NOTW XLVI: Dakalam

End of Day Two

At the end of the day, it was decided for Blue (Xenoneb) to die. His accusers put him up on the lynching pedestal of justice, then prepared to deliver the smack down on him. He looked to be dead pretty quickly, but the pummeling ensued anyways, to the point that Blue's corpse was hardly recognizable by the time the pummeling was finished.

Spoiler :
Blue was Xenoneb!

Spoiler :
He was Evil-aligned!

Spoiler :
He was a Scoundrel!

Spoiler :
He was Innocent!

Euron (Jarrema) was voted the bracelet.

Night Two ends in approximately 23 hours and 4 minutes at 3:00 PM CDT, 8/17/2012.

End of Night Two

When the contestants arrived at the center of the arena next morning, they discovered that, this morning, only two of their fellow contestants were missing.

Following in the pattern of Malakad's death, Turq D.B.Z.'s (Turquoiside) head was found in the center of the arena.

Spoiler :
Turq D.B.Z. was Turquoiside!

Spoiler :
He was Good-aligned!

Spoiler :
He was a Warlock!

Spoiler :
He was Innocent!

Shortly thereafter, the body -- or what was left of it -- of Emmanuel Yuro (Dreadnought) was found inside his tent. His corpse was a wrinkly husk of what it had been in life, and frankly, it was rather disturbing.

Spoiler :
Emmanuel Yuro was Dreadnought!

Spoiler :
He was Neutral-aligned!

Spoiler :
He was a Scoundrel!

Spoiler :
He was Innocent!

The remaining contestants, all twenty of them, vowed to root out the killers with an even greater sense of urgency than the renewed urgency they had the previous day.

Morning Three ends in approximately 23 hours and 53 minutes at 3:00 PM CDT, 8/18/2012.

Nominate a player for the lynch in bold!

Only the top 5 nominees will carry over.

Well, I will reveal something I know

1. all I know about a bracelet is that it is useless for me.
2. I learned that I am not a warlock (wow!). Maybe this bracelet is supposed to work only for warlocks?

So, if there is a warlock who wants to have it, pm me and I will think about giving it to you

nominate: Earthling

Don't turn me into a wrinkly husk :3.

Not too sure about you're pal-adin-ing around with verarde, and these magic types sure can frighten a woman awefully much.

because someone is doing chronomancy Presto.

I would like to thank whoever it was that healed me.

Nominate: Jarrema

Comrade, why did you want the bracelet so badly if you were not a warlock? It was generally agreed that the bracelet would not be useful for non-warlocks. Your acquisition of it sounds very greedy.

ooops
host added important info: bracelet was stolen from me. So, no giving.

As for why I wanted it: I hoped it will give me some ability. How could I know it works only for warlocks?? I do not feel it was generaly agreed. It was NOT my opinion

Ok, this is just policy lynch. You offered to tell us about the braclet and said nothing. You knew you were no warlok and still wanted the braclet, now the braclet is gone, stolen, or perhaps given to a more powerful scumiose?

I second the Jarrema nomination. You have some serious explaining to do.

Also, were dying like flies!

Jarrema is a poor lynch, and not a policy lynch by any means.

Spaceman98, I don't like where this is going, trying to get easy lynches. How was he to know that only certain classes can use certain items, hell I don't know that. It also might be tied to alignment as well. So lynching him based on that is pretty damn lazy. If you had other reasons it might be worth considering, but you're taking the easy way out here.

Comrade, I don't know, I just find Jarrema is acting strange at the moment. I believe that he still has the bracelet and that he is lying to us. I could be wrong though. Call it a hunch.

Guys
think
isnt it logical?
if someone has stealing abilities (and in a game like that I bet someone does), why not using them on someone who is guaranteed to have item (because he just publicly get it)

That is true comrade, but I have a feeling about you. Just a feeling, but my feelings rarely fail me.

:twitch: No Jarrema, bad Jarrema. Don't make NinjaCow64 upset. You don't want him to sing again do you. Oh no. You better tell him why you're voting for Dr. Spaceman, or you'll get the naughty boy treatment. Also known as NinjaCow64 signs in size seven font.

Well

I do not feel like I make good policy lynch. I rather feel Spaceman is trying to blend in by seconding your accussation at me

You are correct comrade, however, I cannot shake the feeling that something is wrong here. I propose that we execute Euron, if he is one of Kurizhen's minions, then everything is good. If he is not, then we kill Karan.

nominate: JoanK. Not going to have scum hiding in the shadows on their way to victory.

(That's a policy nomination, a fallback option to consider whatever comes up in the afternoon)

I agree the reasoning for going after Jarrema has started to look bad. Nobody except a couple of people even listened to or acknowledged the possibility about the item yesterday, that's for sure. If Jarrema is Innocent it's quite possible the scum/thief even helped Jarrema win the item vote with the intention of setting up this situation.

That said I'll keep in mind that Jarrema could be the evildoer here. It does seem he didn't even do what he said he would, which was wrong in the first place, he should have just told everybody what he knew about the item, not just a select few. I'll certainly entertain the possibility he just gave the item to an ally so we can't follow its path and lied about it being stolen.
