Not meaning to be ignorant, but why are you leaving useless posts jacking up other peoples threads in an attempt of thoughtless ignorance? My 5-year old has more manners than you do. The only useless unwanted unit here is you. Go back and play your thought-provoking broken Civ 5 game, or maybe a game of checkers if you need a real challenge.

mok sheep's, why some people have a number of images (you have 1) and there no images to display? Useless images?.. Useless people???!!!
 
To be fair, it has nothing to do with Civ-5. I've already got that kind of comment - "why so many kaiju, why not some historical units instead" comes to mind. I'm sure everyone got at least one in one thread or another. I usually stand by a "Why the hell not ?" and let it go.

I wish Pesoloco would come back and restart his Noah's Ark mod. It ought to have enough units for it now !

I'm just asking. Now you're just trying to show who's the Rude Boy here. I'm just sincerely asking. I just don't understand why the many funny irrelevant units that has little to none to do with empire-building. You're a successful modder, not an underground troll. Don't react like a troll.

I'm not yet a modder, like you perhaps, and I'm not particularly a shutterbug when it comes to games. Too bad you just performed futile arguments. Sorry to drag you in but you could've stayed clear of all this.
 
Not trying to argue or continue the argument, just personally wanting to put in here that I like all these animal units because my mod has a set of base created "monster" units, which are pretty much mostly normal animals, and I'll be going through all these units when I'm done adding the Sandris packs I've downloaded, to see which of these I can use or replace other inferior versions with. So they aren't at all useless units to me! :)

Supa, I agree with the "Why the hell not?" line. I've created some LHs before (like a Halloween pack) that I didn't know if anyone would ever use, but I just felt like doing it for fun.

Seconded. Useless? That Chipmunk is a ninja soldier, bub, and I wouldn't mess with 'em. This is a Customization and Creation forum, not a Comfortable and Familiar forum. We're the crazy guys who make interesting mods interesting, Mok. If you can't find a use for a unit, someone else might. That's why we do what we do. Does that satisfy you?
 
Since barbarians only seems to be a factor in ancient times in my games and they can't take over a town :)cry:), I tend to use animals as land barbarians, those cats will be used at some point to terrorize some villages.

Might work for some kind of generic Ogre (particularly Warhammer Ogres, considering that, IIRC, the only thing that those Ogre's CAN'T eat is molten magma, and I'm not entirely certain on that one.)

Reminds me of some of the people I worked with at Wal-Mart.

Also, I was going to mention the Noah's Ark Mod but Supa beat me to it. Heck, that thing was just about dead when I joined the forums nearly eight years ago.

:D he also looks like Mr Hyde in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen... but with a beer stein. And the belly that comes from drinking beer. Maybe the taste of his potion was bitter and he needed a lot of beer after drinking it ?
