Hopefully the last post on the subject but I just wanted to add:
A common generic name for an innocent that kills people is ''Assassin'', although this is sometimes confused when the enemy team are themselves assassins.
Also, the Miller/Grandfather issue is done in NOTW through allignments. Not all games use these but most do. In this system, each character has an allignment of either Good, Neutral or Evil. These are not related to VC, but evil characters are far more likely to be guilty then good or neutrals. The ''Miller'' role occurs when an innocent character has the evil allignment, for example Izipo in Pinman's (ledgendary) NOTW. The ''Grandfather'' role occurs when an enemy has the good or neutral allignment. These are rarer, but I seem to remember there being a ''good'' werewolf in one game or other.

Finally, newcomers are always welcome to NOTW so long as they comply with our rules, traditions and terminology.

I was mearly pointing out that it is almost night (though it is hard to tell day and night in this weather) and that we need more action less bickering."

I don't care that much about this game, its like Pirate Ship without Pirates, or Capo III without Pizza. So I'm gonna vote for J-man, because ATPG made a fair case against him on the same page as the write ups. This game is probably good, but there are way too many posts for me to pay attention.

The mountains were behind the Company by now. The march had been long, but the Company had prevailed. The danger of the terrain was no longer on their mind that much - the grim ghost of the murders hung over them again. Several among them had the death of another on their conscience, and by the end of the day, one of them would have to pay the price for treason.
Murmurs went around the Company who could have been responsible for the murders. Many accusations were thrown around. In the end, it was the vote in favour of the Spearfighter, J-man that won out. So when the men halted their march, J-man was brought before the Adventurer and the accusations against him were listed. With each word, J-man looked more grim, and started to glare at the members of the Company.
The Adventurer finished reading the accusation and gave J-man the chance to speak before his death.
"Oh no. I'll not give those gutless cowards the pleasure of watching the men they have betrayed kill another victim of their betrayal. Nor will I force any of you to do so - I will do it myself!"
Without a word of warning, the Spearfighter brandished his spear. Several of the men grabbed their weapons, but the Adventurer motioned them to stay calm and stand away from the Spearfighter. He grabbed his spear, shouted to the air "Bhall! Avenge me!" then stabbed himself through the chest with his spear.
The Spearfighter fell down to his knees, the spear impaled through him. The glare affixed on his eyes said enough; he was another innocent victim of the betrayal.
Without any shelter, dinner was a hasty affair as the men tried to get inside their tents as quickly as possible, hoping to get protection from the cold. The black flask was handed to the Champion, rhawn; the black herbs were handed to the Berserker, sprig.
