Dark Terrain

A few weeks ago I was making some dark volcanos for my new (second) mod. And I thought: "Maybe somebody could us this for Mount Doom or something". So here they are: My Dark Volcanos.
Yesterday I found an easy way to make terrain darker, so if anybody needs a dark forest or some black marshes - here they are.
However, the rest of the terrain is not as good as the volcanos.

(those little green things, that can be seen near the mountains have been removed, it's just an older screenshot)

What grassland ?
His "grassland" forest are perfect.

Supa, I think jzsf (how is that supposed to be said?) is talking about those little spots of grassland, which can be seen between some of the forests. I have not yet changed the grassland graphics. This early version only includes volcanoes, mountains, hills, forests, jungles and marsches.
However, I will make a complete set of dark terrain in a few days.

your dark terrain graphics are based on snoopy's, right? i'm thinking about using the volcanos, actually ...

If you have an easy way to change terrain colors, maybe you could make grassland brown to give it a burnt/wasteland look. Black grass would look kinda strange IMHO.
Jungles and marshes also look very similar in the screenie. Dead forests and jungles would look cool and go with the whole dark, Mordor-ish look, if you are into making graphics from scratch.

edit: there seems to be a little green glitch in the upper left corner of some mountain tiles
